‘Forza Horizon 3’ Release Date, Gameplay, Preview: A Racing Video Game to Rival Any Hollywood Action Movie
Forza Horizon 3 is arriving on Tuesday on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC. Fans of motorsports video games will definitely get a kick out of Forza Horizon 3 and not because it has a huge list of vehicles to play with, but their 350 car roster is enough to impress any die-hard motorsports fan.
The most impressive part of this video game is its promise to deliver one of the most exciting virtual races ever. If you've raced real cars before there might have been a time when you thought of ditching the road and run like a demon across the forest or a beachfront. With the Forza Horizon 3 it does exactly that.
Taking a page out of action movies
According to The Verge, Forza Horizon 3 feels more like an action movie out of Hollywood than a video game. When a player chooses a race, he doesn't have to stay on the road to win it.
The game lets players choose whatever route they prefer. And in the trailer of the game, it seems that they truly mean it. The Verge shared a trailer and 30 minutes of gameplay of Forza Horizon 3. People will see that when they want to ditch the street to race across a beautiful beach, they can do just that.
Not only does this game lets players do whatever they want, but the graphics they present make the gameplay feel almost real. From how the tires squeal on the pavement when they make hair-raising turns, or how a dune buggy throws sand 30 feet across while its racing the developers behind this game made sure that they look as real as possible.
A larger world to explore
According to Ars Technica, this edition has even a bigger map for players to explore. Microsoft said that they made the racing arena of this game much larger by choosing Australia as the players' playground. So from the dense forests of the land down under to the barren desert of the Outback players can enjoy racing across Australia in one of the most exciting motorsports video game.
