Next week, NVIDIA will introduce two new graphic cards in the market which is part of the powerful Pascal architecture: GeForce GTX 1050 Ti and GeForce GTX 1050. And what's best about these two graphic cards is that they will come cheap. Let's get to know more about GeForce GTX 1050 Ti and GeForce GTX 1050.
GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
As posted on VideoCardz.com, the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti is based on GP107 GPU, a Pascal architecture that is. The Ti version will be powered by 768 CUDA cores, 4GB GDDR5 memory and runs on 75W TDP. Hassan Mujtaba of WCCFTech.com added that the Ti version will be packed with 48 TMUs and 32 ROPs with base clock set at 1318MHz until 1392MHz boost clock. Mujtaba claimed GeForce GTX 1050 Ti will have 250MHz higher compared to GM107 GPU.
GeForce GTX 1050 Ti also features 4GB of GDDR5 clocked at 7 GHz which gives 112GB/s on 128-bit bus interface. And for the best part, GeForce GTX 1050 Ti will only cost about $139, $20 less than GTX 950 when it was launched last year.
GeForce GTX 1050
The non-Ti GTX 1050 will be powered by 640 CUDA cores, 2GB GDDR5 memory, and runs on 75W TDP. Mujtaba added that the non-Ti variant will be a cut down of Pascal-based GP107 core. Mujtaba said that additional specifications include 640 CUDA cores, 40 TMUs and 32 ROPs, while clock speeds will be maintained at 1354MHz going up to 1455MHz boost clocks.
The non-Ti GTX 1050 card will become available in 2GB and 4GB RAM models. And the good news is, it will only cost $109.
GeForce GTX 1050 Series Release Date and Resellers
Currently, there are nine (9) partner resellers for the GeForce GTX 1050, namely: ASUS GTX 1050 (Ti) Mini, EVGA GTX 1050 (Ti) SuperClocked, GALAX GTX 1050 (Ti), GIGABYTE GTX 1050 (Ti), COLORFUL iGame GTX 1050 (Ti), INNO3D GTX 1050 (Ti) Compact, MSI GeForce GTX 1050 (Ti), PALIT GeForce GTX 1050 (Ti), and ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050 (Ti) Mini.
