Atlanta Hawks vs. Utah Jazz: Live Stream, Preview, Prediction, Broadcast Time
The Atlanta Hawks are looking to further make their way up the Eastern Conference standings as they take on the sixth-seeded Utah Jazz next. The game will be played at the Vivint Smart Home Arena in Salt Lake City on Friday, November 25. Tip-off time is at 6pm, MST.
The Hawks were able to notch their first win after a three-game skid. They last played against the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night, and ended the game with a final score of 96-85. Big man Dwight Howard played an impressive game, as he finished with 23 points and 20 rebounds. Power forward Paul Millsap also made big contributions with 18 points, 11 rebounds, five assists, and four steals.
According to Howard, his energy at he beginning of the game was what fuled him to perform better. For the succeeding games, he is looking to carry on that momentum.
"The effort and energy (tonight) started with me and I have to make sure that every night I bring the same effort and energy. When I'm able to get in there and crash the boards, just get a feel for the game, it makes everything easier," Howard said via ESPN.com.
Like the Hawks, the Jazz are also trying to bounce back from a losing streak. First on their list was a victory over the Denver Nuggets, whom they played against last November 20. The game ended with a final score of 108-83.
Small forward Gordon Hayward made sure that he was able to make up for lost time while he was injured, as he ended up being the team's biggest contributor, scoring 22 points, along with seven rebounds and two assists. Point guard George Hill also scored 22 points, along with five rebounds and three assists.
With the acquisition of Dwight Howard over the off-season, the Hawks are evidently trying to move themselves up the ladder as hopeful title contenders. It looks like Howard's determination will indeed carry on to the next game, which will lead the Hawks to another victory. Fans can catch the live stream via NBA League Pass.
