According to MLS Soccer, If Toronto FC is able to turn around their series with the Montreal Impact - which currently sits at 3-2 to the Impact on aggregate - at BMO Field on Wednesday night, the title game will head to Toronto. If Montreal is able to hold out, Seattle would host them at CenturyLink Field.
