Buffalo Bills offensive tackle Seantrel Henderson was informed that he could face another game suspension for violation of NFL Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse.
Henderson was formerly suspended for four games for the similar violation earlier this season. Henderson will possibly be sanctioned to a 10-game suspension because it was the mandatory suspension for marijuana.

According to The Buffalo News, Henderson uses marijuana to treat Crohn's disease and his doctors told him that marijuana was the no.1 medicine that will help him in his disease. He continued, "You try to tell that to the league and it seems like they didn't care too much."
Henderson underwent a two separate surgeries after he was diagnosed with Crohn's last year. The doctors extracted more than 80 centimeters of intestines which were infected.
Henderson had a history of marijuana usage during his college career at Miami wherein he was also suspended at least three times for it. But he insisted last month that he's taking marijuana on his professional career just to treat his condition.
Henderson said that he had not even been thought of marijuana until it was brought up to him by his doctor. He added, "Since I've been in the league, I've been in the program. I got drug tested three times a week. There's no recreational use. There's none of that."
Based on NFL, Henderson's agent Brian Fettner said on his first suspension, "There is zero allowable medical exemption for this per the NFL; however, there clearly should be". Another source said that Henderson needs cannabis and he can't take pain killers with the condition of his intestines.
Henderson was a subject of speculation around the trade deadlines of the league as stated in SB Nation. Teams like the Vikings and Seahawks needed tackles and Henderson was the top starter-quality player available at the tackle position.
Buffalo never found the right price which give them the decision to hold on to its swing tackle. Those other teams should be thankful for that.
He was appealing the ruling of his suspension and the final judgement on the said suspension will be announce this week.
