Real Madrid Celebrate After They Win Champions League Final

The Draw for the UEFA Champions league Round of 16 took place on Monday at their headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland. The remaining sixteen teams were paired in eight matchups, which will take place between mid-February and mid-March.
As is always the case, there were some big teams drawn together at this stage of the competition, something that is unavoidable. The two early matchups that captured everyone's attention were Bayern Munich-Arsenal and Barcelona-Paris Saint-Germain.
Bayern Munich-ArsenalIt was no surprise that these two were drawn together again. Bayern eliminated Arsenal at this stage of the competition in 2005, 2013 and 2014. They also met twice last year in the group stage, where they split the results. Arsenal can't seem to avoid the German giants, much to their dismay. It's going to be another disappointing early exit for the Gunners. Pick: Bayern Munich
Barcelona-PSGAnother familiar matchup as these two teams met in the quarterfinals in 2013 and 2015, with Barcelona winning both. Barcelona also best them twice in the group stage earlier in the 2014-15 season. Expect the same result this year. Pick: Barcelona
Benfica-Borussia DortmundThe German club managed to win Group F over Real Madrid and score the most goals in the group stage in the tournaments history. Benfica narrowly escaped group B, finishing as runners-up. Borussia seems to have too much firepower for the Portuguese club. Pick: Borussia Dortmund
Real Mdrid-NapoliThese two have not met since 1987-88, so they aren't very familiar with each other, but that shouldn't affect Madrid who are the defending champions and loaded with depth and talent. Pick: Real Madrid
Manchester City-MonacoThis will be the first competitive matches between these two clubs. Monaco actually won Group E, while City finished as runners-up in Group C. Although Monaco are in fine form at the start of the season, and Manchester have stumbled a bit lately, expect the English club to advance. Pick: Manchester City
Bayer Leverkusen-Atletico MadridThis will be a rematch of their 2015 Round of 16 matchup, where Atletico barely made it thru on penalties. The Spanish team are looking to avenge their heart-breaking loss in the finals last year. Pick: Atletico Madrid
Juventus-PortoThese teams are almost always in the Champions league, but rarely meet each other. Juventus have never lost to Porto in European competitions and have a solid back line in front of the legendary Buffon. Pick: Juventus
Leicester City-SevillaSevilla have won two recent UEFA Cups and have a lot of experience playing in Europe. Newcomers Leicester are out to prove their worth. It should be an entertaining matchup. Vardy and Marez will have to come up big for the Foxes. Pick: Sevilla
