LG G6 Latest Price, Freebies Promos Revealed
A few weeks ago, LG claimed the LG G6 will have a similar price to the LG G5. This means that it will likely start around $500-$600. Currently, AT&T reported that they are offering the LG G6 at $24 per month for 30 months, $30 per month for 24months, or $719 outright.
The smartphone will be shipped between April 4 and 6. Promotional offers will also be given that includes a free Google Home and a discounted LG Watch Sport at $49.
On the other hand, Verizon offers LG G6 preorders on March 17. According to Tech Times, it offers the handset at $28 per month for 24 months or $672 outright. Verizon also offers freebies as a $200 trade-in credits, a free LG Smart TV, and a free Google Home smart speaker. The smartphone should start shipping by the end of this month.
LG G6 Latest Review Details
The LG G6 is a phablet that features a 5.7-inch screen, which is pretty small. However, its small size will make it easy for the user to stretch their thumb across to the other side of the phone when holding it in one hand. This will also make the smartphone usable at all times.
According to Digital Trends, the LG G6 can minimize the size of the bezels and chose an 18:9 aspect ratio. This makes it longer and thinner than the 16:9 aspect ratio screens found on most other phones.
When you flip it over, you can notice that the rear has LG's trademark fingerprint sensor which doubles as a power button below the dual-lens camera and flash unit. The LG G6 also boasts an impressive 2,880 × 1,440-pixel resolution and envious screen specs. It is also equipped with Android 7.0 Nougat.
The LG G6's Square Camera is the most interesting part of its new features. It can split the screen into two, with the top half for square format pictures and the lower half for previews.
Other features in the Square Camera includes a Match Shot, which is like Grid Shot but with two pictures instead of four, and a Guide Shot for matching photos using a handy transparent overlay.
