'Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild' Players Found Ways To Skip Challenging Puzzles
"Legend of Zelda" players are a crafty bunch seeing that they have found several innovative ways to go past difficult puzzles that they prefer not to waste their time on.
One particular strategy involves using bombs and a box to help Link, "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's" main character move past a puzzle. The strategy is quite simple and easy to follow, which is quite useful if you're the type who prefers to move quickly through the stages in a video game.
According to GameRant, one player was able to skip a challenge by taking one giant box from a stack of boxes and placing it in the middle of the room. After that he/she accessed the weapons menu and selected a couple of bombs in the list.
The player then placed the bomb beside the box and lifted the giant box and placed it on top of the explosive device. Before the bomb detonated the player then commanded Link to jump on top of the box and as soon as the bomb exploded it lifted the box, along with Link, high up.
The player then commands Link to use his paraglider to descend slowly towards the other side of the room where he can easily exit the premises. It's a fun and innovative way to skip challenges but GameRant says it's only a matter of time before Nintendo decides to force players to go through the puzzles.
If that's the case then Nintendo would have to work hard to fix their game because other players have found many loopholes in "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" aside from that throne room.
One other loophole players discovered is that they can travel through the map of "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" much easier when they have given their horses an infinite amount of stamina. Speaking of horses, one player says that fast-travelling through the game may be efficient but players can miss a lot if they don't stop for a while and see what's around them.
According to a Kotaku writer, he decided to use his horse more often than the fast-travelling technique and by doing that he was able to accomplish lots of things like find a Korok seed, solve a shrine challenge, and meet with Mr. Accordion and even check out a mysterious light that he has been meaning to look at for some time.
So, players can have the best of both worlds with "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild," because they can use nifty tricks to move faster through stages or take it slow and enjoy the scenery in their own sweet time.
