‘Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus’ News, Release Date: BJ Blazkowicz Is Back!

William "BJ" Blazkowicz will be back this October for another round of action-packed first-person shooter video game, "Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus". The eleventh entry in the Wolfenstein video game series, "Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus" is said to be a direct sequel to the 2014 video game, "Wolfenstein II: The New Order".

At E3 2017 media briefing, Bethesda announced "Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus". This single player video game is scheduled for release on October 27, 2017. Players will lead BJ Blazkowicz again as he demolish and destroy all the Nazis that gets in his way.

According to the game's description posted by Bethesda, the setting of "Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus" in in 1961 America, "Your assassination of Nazi General Deathshead was a short-lived victory. Despite the setback, the Nazis maintain their stranglehold on the world. You are BJ Blazkowicz, aka "Terror-Billy," member of the Resistance, scourge of the Nazi empire, and humanity's last hope for liberty. Only you have the guts, guns, and gumption to return stateside, kill every Nazi in sight, and spark the second American Revolution."

This highly anticipated sequel of "Wolfenstein II: The New Order" was developed by award-winning studio Machine Games, the same studio behind the series. "Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus" brings another exciting adventure using the industry-leading id Tech 6 game engine.

In "Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus", players will face a Nazi-controlled America where you will have to recruit what's left of the resistance, and find its leaders. After assuming the role of BJ Blazkowicz, you will bring the fight into the heart of Nazi-occupied areas like the small-town Roswell in New Mexico, the flooded streets of New Orleans, and a post-nuclear Manhattan. But they are no ordinary Nazis - they are legions of advanced Nazi soldiers and cyborgs.

"Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus" will be available of Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC platforms. But for those who wishes to play an actual GI Joe-style 12-inch action figure of franchise hero BJ Blazkowicz, Polygon reported that "Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus" will be getting a $100 Collector's Edition. This Collector's Edition also comes with a 9"x14" Blitzmensch poster.
