AMD Radeon Vega Frontier Edition Air-Cooled, Liquid-Cooled Versions Now Available for Pre-Order

Two AMD graphic cards based on Vega architecture just appeared online and are now available for pre-order. These two graphic cards are the air-cooled and liquid version of the AMD Radeon Vega Frontier Edition.

Online computer stores Scan and SabrePC both carries the two AMD graphic cards. According to VideoCardz, both AMD Radeon Vega Frontier Edition graphic cards air-cooled and liquid versions listed the exact same specifications such as having 13.1 TFLOPs FP32 compute performance giving out 1600MHz of GPU clock.

The two graphic cards both have 16GB HBM2 memory with 4096 Stream Processors. In addition, these AMD Radeon Vega Frontier Edition graphic cards have four display outputs: three (3) DisplayPort and one (1) HDMI.

The Radeon Vega Frontier Edition

Based on AMD's latest Vega architecture, Radeon Vega Frontier Edition graphics card was designed to empower a generation of pioneers that will re-shape our lives forever. According to AMD's notes, graphic cards powered by the Vega architecture can reach up to 25 TFLOPS (FP16), up to 13 TFLOPS (FP32), 16GB HBM2, 64 Next-Gen Compute Units and 4096 Stream Processors.

Aside from these basic Vega features, the Radeon Vega Frontier Edition graphics card has up to 483GB/s memory bandwidth, 90Gpixels/s Fillrate and supports DirectX® 12.1, OpenGL® 4.5, OpenCLTM 2.0, & Vulkan® 1.0 API.

The Radeon Vega Frontier Edition liquid-cooled version graphics card is available for $1,799.00 / £1,656.49. The air-cooled version is available for $1,199 USD / £1,140.
