PS4 Vs Xbox One X Update: PlayStaion 4 & Xbox One X Announced New Titles, Release Date & New Details Revealed
Sony's E3 2017 hasn't been the best the Japanese company had in recent years, with most showing PlayStation 4 games releasing sometime next year. However, they are better than what it may look like, according to what the Sony Interactive Entertainment America CEO revealed in a recent interview.
PlayStation 4's Announced 2018 Titles Details
According to Telegraph, Shawn Layden confirmed that all the games coming to PlayStation 4 in 2018 are going to be released in the first half of the year. The reason was that the most common criticism of Sony's conference was the lack of titles on a show with 2017 release dates.
One of the PlayStation 4 exclusive games launching next year is the "Insomniac's Spider-Man", which promises to be the game to get for fans of Peter Parker and super-heroes games. The game will come with an original story which will place familiar characters in unfamiliar roles and more.
"I don't know if you got to go to the pre-show or hands-on event for media? Well GT was heavily represented there on the floor. We think there is a lot of attention around that title from our company. And the stuff coming in 2018, all of that is coming in the first half of the year, so," said Layden.
Xbox One X Enhanced Titles And Multiple Games
With 6 teraflops of computing power, 12GB of fast GDDR5 memory, and 326GB/s of memory bandwidth, some 4K screenshots that have now surfaced, show how beautiful Xbox One titles look on the Xbox One X, according to WCCF Tech. Furthermore, a set of 4K screenshots has surfaced from upcoming enhanced games for Microsoft's Xbox One X.
These include "Forza Motorsport 7" and "Rare's Sea of Thieves". Meanwhile, "Gears of War" developer The Coalition recently stated that they had Gears 4 running in 4K on Xbox One X within one day, and they still had enough overhead left to further improve the game's visuals.
