"The Sims 4" Eco Living New Concept Art Detailed
The images of "The Sims 4" Eco Living new concept art revealed the behind the scenes look at how the objects were made. According to Sims VIP, "The Sims 4" artists have started creating object guides that show the object from different perspectives and visualizes its scale with reference to the height of the Sims. Moreover, the guide also answers all construction questions.
In creating "The Sims 4" Eco Living New concept art, "The Sims" internal artists used the guides as the final step in the process before they hand the art off to their external partners and artists. The internal artists work on brand new types of objects. The external artists, on the other hand, receive the concept art, put together orthogonal drawings, and then go on to create the geometry and texture that the model uses. "The Sims" artists then create a block model that contains the key information required for the objects in "The Sims 4" to function properly.
"The Sims 4" concept art's block model also serves as the guideline for what the external partners can build. They take the concept art and re-draw the concept art superimposed over an image of the block model, without exceeding the borders of the block model. The artist then builds a 3D model that matches the visual shown in the concept art and fits within the space defined by the orthogonal drawing. There will also be mimics which are types of objects that already have block models. With the mimics, "The Sims 4" Eco Living new concept art and objects can easily be replicated.
