Tom Brady's wife's, Gisele Bundchen, strict diet is a well-known fact as she is the supermodel mom mostly eats plant-based food and she encourages the same habits for her two kids with NFL quarterback Tom Brady. Here's the reason why.
Tom Brady's Wife Revealed Their Secret Diet
According to PEOPLE, Bundchen often detailed what her family eats in the interviews to promote a healthy lifestyle. She, however, recently shared there's another reason why she's choosing a plant-based diet apart from health reasons.
"It's not only good for our health and makes us feel good, but it is also good for the planet!" Bundchen shared, as per People. An environmentalist friend, Paul Hawkins, influenced her choice when he told her going plant-based helps reduce an individual's carbon footprint which has an effect global warming.
Dailymail reported that the Bundchen-Brady household keeps a garden at home where they get their food supply. The parents also involve their kids in the planning, planting and harvesting process.
Bundchen said this is also a good way for her children to learn to love nature. Spending time in the garden or outdoors also lessens the children's propensity for screen time and they make gardening a family activity as well.
Tom Brady Shared His High School Career
The star NFL quarterback started his life somewhere small as he worked really hard his way up the ranks of high school recruitment boards. SB Nation Tom Brady was one of them, proving himself as merely "one of the top 6" best quarterbacks in the state of California in 1994 at Serra High School in San Mateo, Calif.
The video was perfect with a super funny intro before we all see Brady's 17-year-old or so face. He looked eerily looking similar to how he does now with his hair combed over.
He's introduced as the MVP of a California football camp. Brady said: "My strengths ... Everyone tells me I have a pretty strong arm, which is good. I'm pretty accurate with it. I think I need to work on my speed a little bit, but hopefully, that will come in time. Pretty good work ethic, so I think I can get the job done".
