Georgia is led by their star quarterback and Heisman Trophy candidate Aaron Murray. Through just three games this season, Murray has completed 51 of 80 passes for over 800 yards and eight touchdowns. Receiver Michael Bennett has emerged as Murray's favorite target with 17 catches for 265 yards and two touchdowns.
The Vanderbilt Commodores have not looked too good during their first three games of the 2012 college football season. They lost their first two games to the South Carolina Gamecocks and the Northwestern Wildcats. However, they will enter this game with some confidence after defeating the Presbyterian Blue Hose, 58-0, last Saturday.
Considering the records of each team, you should not be surprised to read that the Georgia Bulldogs will walk onto their home field as 15.5 point favorites over Vanderbilt. We would be absolutely shocked if the Commodores were even competitive in this matchup, let alone capable of pulling off the upset.
The Georgia Bulldogs will face the Tennessee Volunteers on September 29th after beating up on Vanderbilt this Saturday. On October 6th, Georgia will face their toughest the season when they play the South Carolina Gamecocks.
