Kobe Bryant and his Los Angeles Lakers will be, to quote Jack White, going back to Memphis to play the Grizzlies tonight in a match up of two of the league's best teams. Well, the Grizzlies earned that title by playing dominant basketball, while the Lakers get the title simply due to star power. Yes it's not fair but that's life. The game will be broadcast on television but you can watch a free live NBA stream here online for free.

The Los Angeles Times reported that the Steve Nash is still recovering form his fractured fibula. He wasn't supposed to be out this long, but that's what happens when you're hitting 40. The Lakers are 1-1 so far with Mike D'Antoni, and the sooner Nash gets back the better, as Nash knows D'Antoni's offense better than anyone.

Heck, Nash IS the offense.

Still, the Lakers are a strong team now that they've fixed their biggest weakness: coach Mike Brown. The Grizzlies, though, are no slouch, as they've already beaten the top teams in the league rather convincingly. This game will be interesting because it'll see a matchup of the Gasol brothers. Pau and Marc are two of the best big men in the league -- they can shoot, pass, play in the post, with high basketball IQ. It should be a treat to watch.

Bryant will have to step up his offense against the long arms of Rudy Gay, because the Grizzlies might have an advantage in the front line with Zach Randolph beasting right now. Dwight is a better player when healthy, but he isn't fully healthy. Plus he's kind of an idiot with his childish antics.
