Oregon Ducks head football coach Chip Kelly is among the most sought after coaches by NFL teams right now. Kelly has already garnered interest from the Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Browns and Philadelphia Eagles. Even though he is preparing his Oregon Ducks for the Fiesta Bowl where they will face the Kansas State Wildcats, Chip Kelly has already lined up interviews with NFL teams.

Now the questions is, which job will Chip Kelly actually take? Or maybe he will surprise everyone and decide to remain the head coach of the Oregon Ducks.

The Buffalo Bills have a very powerful offense, but have a lot of issues on defense. Kelly would need to find a franchise quarterback, although Ryan Fitzpatrick has proven to be a capable, but not elite, starter in the National Football League.

The Cleveland Browns have a very young team and a great running game with Trent Richardson in the backfield. Unfortunately, they need to find a quarterback and at the end of the day the Browns are the Browns. Nobody has been able to turn them into a winning football team for a very long time and there is a reason for that. Ownership does not know what it takes to have a successful football team this day and age.

The Philadelphia Eagles probably have the best team with the most talent, but their talent is starting to age. Just like the Browns and the Bills, Chip Kelly would need to find a new quarterback for the Eagles as well. On the plus side, the Eagles have ownership that cares about winning and isn't afraid to spend money on elite players. The Eagles have a strong defense, great wide receivers and one heck of a running back in LeSean McCoy.

It will be interesting to see what Chip Kelly ultimately decides to do. We actually think the best option for him is to stay with the Oregon Ducks and try to win a National Championship.
