Rex Ryan Flees The Country: Coach Celebrates Losing Season In Bahamas

Are you wondering how a losing coach of a losing football team enjoys his offseason? Well, in Rex Ryan's case he flees the country for a wonderful vacation in the Bahamas.
Somehow the New York Jets head coach has managed to keep his job (for now), but many people believe that he should have been fired as soon as the Jets played their last down of football in 2012. Instead of firing Rex Ryan, Jets owner Woody Johnson decided to get rid of general manager Mike Tannenbaum and force Ryan to bring in a ton of new assistant head coaches.

According to various reports, Rex Ryan's solution to all of the Jets problems is former San Diego Chargers head coach Norv Turner who he wants to hire as the team's new offensive coordinator. To many football fans, this does not make much sense at all. Rex Ryan is a proven loser as a head coach, so he wants to bring in another proven loser to run his offense?
One thing is fairly certain, the New York Jets are a complete disaster. They desperately need to find a franchise quarterback and they need to establish authority within the locker room. Apparently, Rex Ryan is not very concerned though. Instead of trying to fix the New York Jets, he is having some fun in the sun in the Bahamas.
For the sake of New York Jets fans across the world, hopefully owner Woody Johnson comes to his senses and decides to fire Rex Ryan after all. Nobody in New York wants to see the Jets have another losing season in 2013 and that is the path they seem to be going down.
Whoever coaches the New York Jets in 2013, we are fairly certain that they will remain the biggest circus in the National Football League. God bless you, Jets fans.
