A former Green Bay Packers cheerleader is fighting against comments made towards her on an opposing team's fan Facebook page.

Kaitlyn Collins was a cheerleader for the Packers in 2009 while she was attending University of Wisconsin-Green Bay according to the The Green Bay Post Gazette. She is no longer a cheerleader but that did not stop fans of the Chicago Bears from taking shots at her.

On the Bears Facebook fan page on Monday night, a picture of Collins was up with a caption under her picture that read "Like If You Agree The Packers Have The Worst Cheerleaders In The NFL!" The page hade 86,000 plus likes. The picture was bound to get a ton of comments but not the comments you would expect.

The comments got mean and vicious very quickly.

Collins got wind of the comments and commented about them on her Facebook

"Wow. Being bullied via Facebook. I may not look like a super model, but to call me ugly ..."

Collins decided to create a video where she makes mention of some of the comments. She let viewers know what is going on in a silent video where she just used big cards. The twist of the video is that she mentions the comments but puts names with the comments. She also urged viewers to help her get the picture and comments taken down off of the social media website.

Facebook did not take down the pictures with the comments but the fan page took down the comments themselves with a statement about the situation.

"The picture of the Green Bay Cheerleader has been removed. For everyone this page. We do not condone or encourage bullying. We would like to ask that you keep it classy. We understand you are hard core fans, but there's no need for bullying. We apologize for any hard feelings and encourage everyone to keep this page as a fun encourage."

The picure has been taken down, but Collins did the right thing. It's a shame that some football fans can't be smart about their loyalty.
