At the time this article was written, the Miami Heat had an overall record of 43 wins and just 14 losses. They are 25-3 when playing at home thus far this season. Their wins have been recorded over the Boston Celtics, Denver Nuggets, Phoenix Suns, Brooklyn Nets, Atlanta Hawks, Houston Rockets, Milwaukee Bucks, Cleveland Cavaliers, San Antonio Spurs, New Orleans Hornets, Washington Wizards, Minnesota Timberwolves, Dallas Mavericks, Utah Jazz, Oklahoma City Thunder, Charlotte Bobcats, the Orlando Magic, Sacramento Kings, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Lakers, the Toronto Raptors, the Detroit Pistons, the Los Angeles Clippers, the Portland Trail Blazers, the Chicago Bulls, the Philadelphia 76ers, the Cleveland Cavaliers, the New York Knicks and the Memphis Grizzlies. Their losses were suffered at the hands of the Milwaukee Bucks, Detroit Pistons, Golden State Warriors, New York Knicks, Washington Wizards, Los Angeles Clippers, Memphis Grizzlies and the Chicago Bulls, the Indiana Pacers, Portland Trail Blazers, the Utah Jazz, the Boston Celtics and the Indiana Pacers.

Currently the Miami Heat are on a 14 game win streak.

LeBron James and the Heat are currently being considered as big 9.5 point favorites over Minnesota and for good reason. The Timberwolves have an overall record of just 20 wins and 36 losses. Their home record is also unimpressive with 13 wins and 14 losses.

We believe this could be one of those boring games where the Miami Heat are comfortably in the lead for all four quarters. Hopefully we are wrong and this will end up being a surprisingly great game.
