The game kicks off at 10:00 a.m. EDT and can be watched on beIN Sport or streamed online (at user's risk).

Between them, the clubs have won 46 league titles, 16 Copa Italia's and five European Cups'. Often, through history, the teams have battled each other for major honors. Unfortunately, this season, the gulf in quality is evident. Juventus are running away with the league, 9 points ahead of second place Napoli, while Inter are sixth, battling for a Champions League place, seven points behind AC Milan and 18 behind the Old Lady.

Despite Juventus' impressive form, the fixture could be coming at an ideal time for Inter. Juventus are scheduled to play Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarterfinals Tuesday. The enormity of the Bayern game marginally shifts the Turin club's focus ahead of Saturday's game. Several key players might be rested to avoid injuries before mid-week.

Inter fans will be aching for a win over their rivals in what has been an overall disappointing season and they hope their team can deliver a memorable result at home. Given the Champions League and Juventus' commanding lead, an upset is certainly on the cards.

The possibility of an upset is underlined by the result when both sides met in Turin in November. Juventus took a lead through Arturo Vidal after just 19 seconds. After the opener, the result looked to be settled, however, spurred on by the quality of the opposition, Inter rallied. A 59th minute penalty, converted by Diego Milito, drew Inter level. Juventus pressed for an equalizer which did not come and in the 75th minute a quick break from Inter resulted in Milito turning home a powerful Guarin shot after it was parried by Gianluigi Buffon. Inter emerged 3-1 winners in what was arguably their best result of the season.

Inter will be without Juan Jesus (suspension) and Dejan Stankovic. Goalkeeper Samir Handanovic is set to return to the starting line-up, as is Fredy Guarin who missed his flight back to Italy from South America after the international break. Juventus might decide to rest Giorgio Chiellini for Bayern Munich having just come back from injury.
